Contest Terms and Conditions

  

Contest Overview:

1.1 The "New Pink Record Book Design Contest" (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest") is organized by Notary Public Underwriters (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").

1.2 The Contest invites participants to vote on their favorite new product concept.

 

2. Eligibility:

2.1 The Contest is open to all individuals who are 18 years or older and are legal residents of United States.

2.2 Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Organizer are not eligible to participate.

 

3. Participation:

3.1 To participate in the Contest, participants must provide contact information and select the design they like the best.

3.2 Only one entry per participant is allowed.

3.3 By participating in the Contest, participants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Organizer.

 

4. Voting:

4.1 The voting period will be August 9th to August 11th.

4.2 Participants can vote for their favorite new product concepts during the voting period.

4.3 Each participant is allowed to vote only once.

4.4 Any attempt to manipulate or tamper with the voting process will result in disqualification.

 

5. Winner Selection:

5.1 The new product concept with the highest number of valid votes will be selected as the winner.

 

6. Prizes:

6.1 The prize for the Contest will be the selected pink edition record book to 5 random participants.

6.2 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

 

7. Winner Notification:

7.1 The winner will be notified through email within 2 business days of the Contest's end.

7.2 If the winner does not respond within 1 business day, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

 

8. General Conditions:

8.1 The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions.

8.2 The Organizer is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or malfunctions that may affect the voting process.

8.3 The Organizer's decisions regarding the Contest are final and binding.

 

9. Privacy:

9.1 The Organizer will collect and use participants' personal information for the purpose of the Contest as well as providing renewal reminders. The Organizer will not share it with third parties.

 

10. Disclaimers:

10.1 The Organizer is not responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries resulting from participation in the Contest.

10.2 The Organizer reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the Contest in its sole discretion.

 

By participating in the Contest, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
