Notary Public Underwriters provides fast and friendly service to notaries nationwide. We now offer notary stamps, seals and embossers for Michigan notaries. Michigan does not require notaries to use a seal of office, but it is recommended to do so. We take pride in producing high quality products and now offer a lifetime guarantee on all notary stamps and notary seals. Notary Public Underwriters also notary errors and omissions insurance in Michigan. This insurance protects the notary from costly lawsuits that can stem from unintentional mistakes while performing your notarial duties.

The Michigan Secretary of State administers the notary program and maintains records on notaries. Notary Public Underwriters will provide the notary application with instructions on how to complete the process with the state of Michigan once you purchase a notary package.  Below we have listed the basic requirements to become a Michigan notary public.
